💳 How Lay-Buy Powered by PayPal Works

A flexible payment option that lets you secure your order now and pay over time!

✅ 1. Choose Lay-Buy at Checkout

Select "Put It On Lay-Buy" powered by PayPal during checkout.

💰 2. Pick Your Plan

Choose:

  • Your down payment amount (how much to pay today)

  • The number of monthly payments you'd like to make

🔐 3. Secure Checkout with PayPal

You’ll be taken to PayPal’s website to:

  • Pay your down payment using your PayPal account or credit card

  • Automatically set up your Lay-Buy payment plan

📧 You and the store will get emails from PayPal confirming:

  • Your down payment

  • That your payment plan has been created

Note: Don’t have a PayPal account? No problem — one will be created for you during this step.

🕒 4. Order is Placed (Pending Status)

Once your down payment is made:

  • Your order will be placed and marked as “Pending”

  • Your payment plan is stored in our system

📆 5. Monthly Payments

Each month, PayPal automatically processes your payment on the scheduled date.
You and the store will get an email when each payment is made.

✅ 6. Final Payment & Order Update

Once your final payment is complete:

  • Your Lay-Buy plan is marked “Complete”

  • Your order status changes from “Pending” to “Paid”

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email

  • No more payments will be taken

📦 7. Order is Shipped

We’ll now ship your order! 🎉

🔄 Need to Make a Change?

✏️ 8. Revise Your Lay-Buy Plan

Before your plan is complete, you can:

  • Pay off the full balance early

  • Extend your payment term

We’ll send you a new payment link by email. Once you complete the updated plan, your order continues as usual.

❌ 9. Cancel Your Lay-Buy

Want to cancel?

  • We’ll cancel your payment plan

  • You’ll be refunded all payments made minus any cancellation fee (10% of the original order amount)

  • 🚫 Important: If you stop responding or ghost the payment plan, all money paid will be forfeited, and your order will be cancelled without a refund after 2 months from the previous postmarked payment.

💸 10. Refunds

All refunds are processed securely through PayPal.
